I have a
Vaikobi VXP Race PFD. It's a good piece of kit but unless you've strapped it up so tightly that it constricts your breathing, it will still ride up when you're in for a swim. That restricts the performance of the PFD and is a nuisance when remounting. Like many other PFD's, it's missing a crotch strap.
So I've hand stitched a strap through the belt straps and this works well (excuse the chaotic hand stitching).
