Super morning

Some interesting and steep slopes. Plenty for all levels including a small skills area.

After a good few ups and downs and muddy puddles we climbed up to Pale Heights the hard way - some of the tracks are really meant for descent only. Superb views from the top of the hill with the welsh mountains to the west.
