A MADCC club paddle from Bull Bay to Porth Eilian (just before Point Lynas). The wind was cross onshore and a bit more than expected. As we set out into the bay a swell was coming in and some of us had some downwind runs. Unfortunately I didn't capture the outbound journey on the GPS, only the return.

Conditions varied a lot on the way as we neared Porth Eilian (just before Point Lynas).

There was concern that the return journey would be hard because when the tide began to ebb to the west we would be in wind over tide conditions

After a brief lunch we set off

Conditions, although lumpy in places, were better than expected
