By morning the wind had eased and the tide was higher to ease the launching.

Heading to the east we stopped at the end of Loch Nan Uamh for lunch.

We then followed the north shore of Ardnish and on rounding Rubha Chaolais we were met by a strong SE headwind. It was a slog past Eilean a' Chaolais and Eilean nan Gobhar before reaching a rest stop on the south shore of Loch Ailort. After a rest we found a camp on one of the islands nearby.
