A mountain bike ride needn't involve the big tick box routes. Join us on a ride around the north of Lake Windermere on a fantastic day with superb views and some challenging climbs and descents. Getting on the ferry near the end I discovered I had a puncture but it didn't spoil the ride as there was only a short section of tarmac to go.
