A Lake District ride around Kentmere

Starting from Staveley, around Piked Howe

Heading over Staveley Head Fell

And Green Quarter Fell

Descending to Tills Hole in Long Sleddale

Attempting the initial steep ascent - didn't make it

Over Stile End to the Kentmere valley

Looking up the Garburn Pass

The combination of the gradient and rocks resulted in a lot of walking with the bikes

A ride or a walk ?

Over the top and Windermere comes into view. It was a welcome descent but part way down my mate had a puncture.
