A ride from Ramsbottom with thanks to Ali & Ian. We started by climbing out of the town on a cobbled track, then along the side of Harcles hill, dropping down to Irwell Vale and Edenfield. Then a long climb to Black hill, joining the Rossendale Way alongside Cragg Quarry, briefly joining the Pennine Bridleway then a sharp turn to Ding Quarry and the wind farm at Hail Storm Hill. On to the Rossendale Way again with fast decsents to the A680 and down the Bamford road back to Ramsbottom.
