After lunch we cycled up the Hai Van pass, a continual climb for 10k of about 8-10% gradient. It was hot and a real struggle. But the ride down from the top made up for it with spectacular views of the coastline and Danang in the distance. The rest of the journey to Hoi An was by bus.
